Who We Are
The Ijaw National Congress USA Chapter (INC-USA) is the official representative body of the Ijaw ethnic nationality in the United States. Established as a chapter of the Ijaw National Congress — the pan-Ijaw organization founded in 1993 — we carry forward a legacy that stretches from the historic Patani Convention of 1991 to our landmark inaugural meeting in Houston, Texas.
Our mission is clear: defend the cultural, political, and economic rights of every Ijaw man, woman, and child living in America.
